Today, with more than 27 years of experience, we continue to project our clients' dreams alongside a professional team committed to excellence, innovation, and personalized attention. We continue expanding our presence in Venezuela, Peru, and Latin America, offering comprehensive real estate services adapted to today's needs.
Después de nuestro renacer en 2021 como PROYEKTA Real Estate, hemos fortalecido y reposicionado la marca dentro de Venezuela y el estado Anzoátegui a otro nivel, reforzando nuestro compromiso con nacionales, extranjeros, empresas internacionales e inversionistas. We updated our image and grew with a team of passionate real estate professionals, training new staff and positioning ourselves in the Venezuelan real estate market of Anzoátegui State against the competition, with more than 3,800 successful closings during the work period.
The SellRent-House C.A. offices relocated to the Peñón del Faro Shopping Center as the main, centrally located headquarters for client services with certified advisors. The first advisors were also sent to the Venezuelan capital, and important alliances were formed with colleagues in the sector.
SellRent-House expanded to Venezuela, establishing itself in Lechería – Anzoátegui State, obtaining certification from the Real Estate Chamber of Venezuela (CIDEA #800). Years later, the SellRent-House C.A. branch opened at the Mar Pacifico Shopping Center, ready to serve and provide the best care to our clients.
We began operations as a real estate agency in Lima - Peru under the name SellRent-House S.A. in March 2000, establishing ourselves in the Miraflores district with a centrally located office for our clients at the Larco Building.
Our story begins with the dream of our founder, Jessica Alvarado, who entered the real estate brokerage industry in Venezuela, and later received formal and certified training in Lima – Peru.
